Vietnam - David Henley successfully completed a shoot in Vietnam including Hanoi, Saigon and the Con Dao Archipelago for the new AA Key Guide Vietnam, as well as shoots in Rajasthan, Delhi and Agra for Thomas Cook.
China - Jim Goodman has been shooting in north-western Yunnan and in the Tai Lu Autonomous Region of Xishuangbanna.
Vietnam - Ron Emmons is currently shooting and researching across Vietnam for Rough Guides.
Thailand - Oliver Hargreave has continued shooting in Phuket and along the entire Andaman Coast.
Updating and New Books
CPA Media's Andrew Forbes and David Henley have recently completed text and photography towards 33 entries for AA Leisure's forthcoming 100 Modern Marvels. Andrew Forbes also completed the text for Thomas Cook's Travellers Sri Lanka, with listings by Ron Emmons and photography by David Henley. Other recent publications include Zheng He and The Treasure Fleet (1405-33) by Paul Rozario (SNP Editions) - photography; Thomas Cook's Travellers Delhi, Agra and Rajasthan (photography, listings, update); Thomas Cook's Travellers Vietnam (photography); AA Publications Key Guide Vietnam (photography and text); AA Publications Explorer Guide China (update); and Dorling Kindersley's Eyewitness China (photography).
Currently Andrew is working on a book about Vietnam entitled A Phoenix Reborn: Travels in New Vietnam, while David is working on CPA's expanding historical images archive.
CPA Media's Joe Cummings has recently completed the 11th edition of Lonely Planet's best-selling Thailand, as well as Bangkok: City of Angels (Singapore: Periplus) and Journey Through Chiang Mai (Marshall Cavendish). Joe also worked as location manager for The Cool Season, which will premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2006.
